Connect your website and data sources
A domain in GetMint represents your brand's web property; connecting it gives GetMint enough context to suggest topics, prompts, and competitors, and unlocks deeper integrations like Google Search Console.
Connect your website
- From Organization settings → Domains, click Add domain.
- Enter the canonical URL (e.g.
https://example.com). - GetMint crawls a sample of pages to infer your brand, attributes, and starting topics. Confirm or override the suggestions.
- Save. The domain appears in the sidebar.
No DNS, no JavaScript snippet — GetMint reads what AI crawlers read (raw HTML). If your content lives behind JavaScript, see Verify AI tools can read your pages first.
Optional: connect Google Search Console (Content Studio)
If you use Content Studio's optimize-existing-articles workflow:
- Open Content Studio → Integrations.
- Click Connect Google Search Console and authenticate via Google OAuth.
- Pick which GSC properties to share with GetMint.
Declining articles are then surfaced automatically in a dedicated view, with AI-driven recommendations on what's missing.
Other data sources
Currently supported via the same flow:
- Google Search Console (Content Studio).
- CSV upload for bulk prompt import per topic.
Key takeaways
- Adding a domain is URL-only — no DNS or script tag.
- Make sure your site is server-rendered so AI crawlers (and GetMint) can read it.
- Google Search Console unlocks the Content Studio declining-article workflow.
