I've run out of credits — how do I increase my quota?
GetMint plans include two kinds of allowance — make sure you know which one you've hit.
Prompts are the questions GetMint tracks (Starter includes 50, shared across visibility, alignment, and sentiment). Content credits are used for content optimization and creation (Starter includes 300/month, Growth 1,000/month).
If you've run out of prompts:
- Prune first. Remove near-duplicate prompts and any too broad to surface a brand — this often frees up what you need.
- If you still can't cover the questions that matter, that's the clearest sign the Growth plan (200 prompts) fits you better.
If you've run out of content credits:
- You can top up credits for the current cycle, or move to a plan with a higher monthly allowance.
- Open your account billing settings to top up or upgrade.
Quick reference:
| Starter | Growth | |
|---|---|---|
| Prompts | 50 | 200 |
| Content credits / month | 300 | 1,000 |
| Markets | 1 | 2 |
